This is a VERY popular spot so go early of late unless you want to wait in line.  They serve “chaat” – which in India means crunchy, spicy, sweet, tangy, brightly flavored street food.  Some of my favorites are Bhel Puri (a puffed rice dish), Matchstick Okra Fries, Chicken Pakoras, Crispy Masala Fish Roll.  They have many vegetarian dishes as you would expect from an Indian restaurant but no beef of course.  The Butter Chicken is very good as is the Naan.  The owner of Chai Pani has a few other Indian food restaurants in town but none as popular as this.  Go early or late to avoid lines.
