This is true Tennessee style hot chicken from the recipe and technique taken straight from the originator, Princes Chicken in Nashville. It’s the only hot chicken I have ever had so I’m no authority but trust me, this stuff is good. The menu is vast and has a lot of combinations but I like the bone-in breast platter which comes with two sides. I get mine medium hot which is plenty spicey. If you are not into spicy food, get the plain fried chicken and if you like things a little spicey, start with mild. NEVER order the hot version. The sides are all good. My favorites are corn pudding, cole slaw and collard greens. The side salad for $5.00 is a very good deal. Craft beers are on draft and plenty cold. I highly recommend Rocky’s.
