I love a good neighborhood restaurant where the staff comes to know you after a few visits and you get that feeling they just might fit you in in the middle of a rush.  I really like it when the waiters know what you drink and bring it to the table before you even browse the daily specials.  Cecilia’s is such a place.  With a distinctly European feel, the menu was developed by French-born Cecilia and her former husband/partner who is Argentine.  Hence, the menu features a delightful French onion soup, salade niçoise and a wide selection of made-to-order crepes, next to an equally impressive assortment of homemade empanadas and tamales.   She also serves a trio of sandwiches; an authentic Cuban, a choripan sausage and a Portobello mushroom, each on a specially selected fresh baguette or ciabatta.   I like mine with a side of salad or the soup of the day.  To supplement this comfort food experience are the attentive servers.  I am a sweet tea addict and I have never had to ask for a refill.  The servers just know how to stay ahead of the game.  Bravo! Je vous felicite !
