They claim to be “Caribbean inspired” but in my view this food leans more toward Jamaica than any other island. Located in the old Montford neighborhood, find a parking spot on the street as soon as you can but don’t circle the block looking for something close. The neighborhood vibe in this place is deafening as everyone seems to know each other. Lot’s of chicken and fish dishes, most rubbed with jerk and serviced with Natty bread (a heavily garlic buttered baguette from City bakery). They also feature several vegetarian friendly plates and salads. Something for everyone here, especially if you like it a little spicy. Extremely welcoming, friendly service.
